The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has upcoming road work during the 2026
construction season. 

** Crack fill, chip seal, and fog seal on various routes including M-217 from the state line to US-12,
US-12 from Union to the Cass/St Joseph County line, and M-40 from US-12 to M-60.

** HMA mill and resurface on US-12 from Edwardsburg to Union.
